At-a-Glance:

Are you ready to build your career by joining one of the world's largest outdoor media company. If so, our client is hiring a Dayforce HRIS Analyst.

Position Type:

Contract

Hybrid:

3 Days/Week

Requirements:

3 years of Dayforce HRIS Administration or HRIS Analyst experience.

Hands-on experience configuring and administering Dayforce, especially Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM).

Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes within an HRIS environment.

Experience with union payroll, union agreements, pay codes, time off, time and attendance, and payroll configuration.

Experience troubleshooting and fixing HRIS integrations and file feeds.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and system configuration skills.

Ability to work directly with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements, implement changes, and support ongoing system improvements.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferences:

Experience supporting union populations and/or union payroll requirements.

Workday experience, particularly Workday-to-Dayforce integrations.

Experience working in a multi-system HRIS environment.

Experience supporting a large, multi-union workforce.

Responsibilities:

Support and improve the Dayforce environment.

Work closely with Payroll and HR to maintain system configurations and implement business and union-related changes.

Address existing system issues and improve overall functionality and reliability of Dayforce.

Configure and maintain Dayforce based on payroll and HR business requirements.

Support and update union-related changes within Dayforce for 20 unions.

Configure and maintain pay codes, time off policies, and time and attendance settings.

Perform configuration cleanup, system update changes, and ongoing maintenance.

Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-to-Dayforce integrations and file feeds.

Investigate data and system issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.

Own testing and validation of all configuration changes.

Document configurations, processes, and changes.

Identify opportunities to improve the Dayforce environment and overall payroll processes.

Provide ongoing production support for Dayforce-related issues and requests.
