Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Dayforce HRIS Analyst for a Hybrid position with a Leading Media Company located in Fairfield, NJ. This is a 3+ month contract possbile conversion opportunity.
This role will work closely with Payroll and HR to maintain system configurations, implement business and union related changes, address existing system issues, and improve the overall functionality and reliability of Dayforce. The ideal candidate has strong hands on experience with Dayforce configuration and administration, particularly in a payroll environment. This is a highly hands on role focused on system configuration, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Dayforce based on payroll and HR business requirements
Support union related changes and updates within Dayforce
Configure and maintain pay codes, time off policies, and related payroll settings
Perform system setups, configuration changes, and ongoing maintenance
Identify and resolve configuration issues and system gaps clean up and patch existing Dayforce configurations
Support the creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of file feeds
Investigate data and system issues and coordinate solutions with Payroll, HR, and other stakeholders
Assist with testing and validation of system changes
Document configurations, processes, and changes
Identify opportunities to improve the Dayforce environment and overall payroll processes
Provide ongoing production support for Dayforce related issues and requests
Requirements:
- Hands on experience configuring and administering Dayforce
- Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes within an HRIS environment
- Experience with pay codes, time off, time and attendance, and/or payroll configuration
- Experience supporting system changes, implementations, upgrades, or ongoing system maintenance
- Experience working with file feeds and/or HRIS integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work directly with Payroll and HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Strongmunication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desired skills:
Experience supporting union populations and/or union payroll requirements
Workday experience
Experience working in a multi system HRIS environment
Experience with Dayforce payroll and timekeeping
Pay range: $50 - $60 per hour
