Workforce Analyst New Brunswick, NJ, United States | req7159 Posted on: 5/6/2026 Back to Search Workforce Analyst Administration The Workforce Analyst will: Collect and analyze data on workforce and productivity including departmental activity statistics and payroll. Maintain position control databases, validates source data, and produces reports. Prepare Vacancy review committee dashboard and communicate leadership decisions. Use analysis to forecast hiring, scheduling, or other workforce planning needs. Participate with Budget preparation and routine variance reporting. Propose ways to improve workforce management, reduce overhead, and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience, preferred. Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills. Analytical thinking skills. Detail-oriented. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Lawson, and ServiceNow, strongly preferred. Analytical, consultative, and systems-thinking approaches to problem-solving with the ability to translate data into actionable items. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data in an understandable manner.
Salary Range:
68,266.00 - 112,632.00 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
