This opportunity combines hands-on recruiting support with Talent Acquisition process improvement, recruiting technology, job-posting workflows, screening governance, compliance, analytics, and AI-enabled optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong operational knowledge of Talent Acquisition and has experience improving the systems and processes that support enterprise recruiting teams. The Opportunity The selected professional will support multiple active requisitions while contributing to a series of Talent Acquisition optimization initiatives. The role requires someone who can move comfortably between day-to-day recruiting operations and broader process-improvement work involving applicant tracking systems, screening workflows, job-posting automation, compliance, recruiting analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Support approximately 5-8 active jobs or requisitions concurrently. Contribute to Talent Acquisition process optimization and operational improvement initiatives. Support automated and non-manual LinkedIn job-posting workflows. Review and improve job-posting compliance processes. Review and update candidate application and screening requirements. Support recruiting-system configuration and process improvements involving applicant tracking and candidate-screening platforms. Develop, review, or update screening criteria and adjudication matrices. Support improvements involving ADP Selection and Screening. Review and update iCIMS application-screening requirements. Support integration and adoption of AI-enabled tools within Talent Acquisition workflows. Review Talent Acquisition performance metrics and identify meaningful reporting requirements. Contribute to the development and definition of recruiting dashboards and future-state metrics. Partner with recruiters, HR stakeholders, systems teams, and other internal groups to improve recruiting efficiency and consistency. Required Qualifications Approximately 5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, or related experience. Bachelor's degree. Experience supporting multiple open requisitions or recruiting workflows concurrently. Hands-on experience with Talent Acquisition process optimization or recruiting-process improvement initiatives. Experience with LinkedIn job postings and automated or non-manual posting workflows. Understanding of job-posting compliance and recruiting-process governance. Experience working with applicant tracking systems or recruiting technology platforms. Experience developing, reviewing, or implementing candidate screening requirements. Experience working with screening decision frameworks or adjudication matrices. Strong analytical, organizational, and process-improvement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
