In-Person and Virtual Opportunities About the Opportunity Boost Strategy Group is expanding its network of experienced instructors, facilitators and industry professionals to support workforce development, professional certification, entrepreneurship, technology and career advancement programs throughout New Jersey. We are building a statewide instructor and faculty bench to support current and upcoming training programs. This is not a single-course position. Selected instructors may be considered for assignments based on their subject-matter expertise, professional credentials, location and availability. We are particularly interested in professionals who bring both real-world industry experience and the ability to effectively engage adult learners. Areas of Expertise We are seeking instructors and facilitators with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence and Applied AI Generative AI and AI productivity tools Project Management PMP Exam Preparation Business and Entrepreneurship Small Business Growth Leadership and Management Workforce and Career Readiness Professional Development Digital Skills Technology and Emerging Technology Apprenticeship-Related Instruction Industry-Specific Technical Training Professional Certification and Credential Preparation Other workforce development and continuing education disciplines Candidates do not need expertise in every area. Who We Are Looking For Strong candidates may include: Corporate trainers Professional facilitators Consultants Adjunct faculty Continuing education instructors Workforce development professionals Career and technical education instructors Experienced industry practitioners Subject-matter experts who have experience teaching or facilitating adult learners Qualifications Qualified candidates should demonstrate: Significant professional or industry experience in their subject area Strong subject-matter expertise Prior training, teaching, facilitation, coaching or instructional experience Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to engage diverse adult learners Ability to deliver structured curriculum and meet established learning objectives Ability to facilitate in-person and/or virtual instruction Professional certifications or licenses where relevant to the subject matter A graduate degree is not required for all instructional areas . We welcome highly qualified industry practitioners with demonstrated expertise and training experience. For credential-specific programs, appropriate industry credentials may be required. For example, project management instructors supporting PMP preparation should have significant project management experience and preferably hold the PMP credential. Location Opportunities may be available throughout New Jersey.

Camden County Somerset County Union County Hudson County Additional assignments may become available throughout North, Central and South Jersey. Applicants should identify the counties they are available to serve. Schedule and Engagement This is a contract/adjunct instructor opportunity . Assignments will vary based on program schedules, subject-matter needs, geography and instructor availability.

Pay:
