About the Role We're looking for an organized and people-focused Senior Recruiting Specialist to help us hire for several healthcare agencies. You'll manage the recruitment process from posting jobs and speaking with candidates to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping teams find the right candidates. What You'll Do Manage multiple job openings across different departments and affiliated agencies. Post jobs and find candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community events, and other channels. Review applications and conduct phone screens. Schedule interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process. Help coordinate verbal offers, reference checks, and onboarding. Write and update job descriptions and recruitment ads. Track candidates and hiring activity using spreadsheets and internal tools. Prepare regular reports on openings, interviews, and hires. Support and train recruiting team members. Look for practical ways to improve the candidate experience and recruiting process. What You'll Bring Recruiting, human resources, or related experience. Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to manage several openings and follow up with candidates in a timely manner. Good judgment and care when handling confidential information. Comfort using spreadsheets and learning new computer systems. English fluency; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required. Healthcare or home care recruiting experience is a plus. Why Join Us?
