Human Resources Compensation & Systems Specialist Location:
Glens Falls, NY (100% Onsite)

Permanent Job Overview The Human Resources Compensation & Systems Specialist supports compensation administration and HR systems management within a healthcare environment. This role partners with HR colleagues and organizational leadership to ensure equitable compensation practices, maintain accurate employee data within Oracle HRIS, and improve HR processes and reporting. Responsibilities Support compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, and transfers by reviewing candidate experience, internal pay structures, and market data. Evaluate and grade new or revised positions. Serve as the HR administrative owner of Oracle HRIS, maintaining employee records and conducting routine audits to ensure data accuracy. Investigate HRIS issues, test system updates from an HR user perspective, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams. Create HRIS reports and queries for management and leadership. Identify opportunities to enhance HR workflows and system processes. Provide guidance to managers and HR team members on compensation practices and policies. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in HRIS administration and compensation within an HR department (internship experience may be considered). Strong analytical, reporting, recordkeeping, and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience with Oracle HCM preferred. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CCP preferred.
