Desired Qualifications:

Previous work experience in Human Resources Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A cool get-sh•t-done attitude Success participating in continuous improvement and/or change initiatives Examples of successful training programs Examples of success mentoring peers and/or leading a team. Aptitude in using MS Office and web-based applications in execution of day-to-day work Active listening and influencing Team problem-solving We are looking for someone to help create a wildly successful training program across all of Townsend. We want someone who is people-driven and can find ways to see each person reach their goals.
