full-time We are seeking a Model Manager Assistant to join our team at W360. As a Model Manager Assistant, you will help organize, coordinate, and carry out all departmental processes and projects for the W360 board. The Model Manager Assistant is responsible for completing ad-hoc projects and assisting with a variety of daily administrative tasks for W360's clients and model managers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Right hand person for the model managers you support: answer phone calls, provide relevant information to clients, sit in on meetings, ensure meetings run smoothly and have a solid understanding of our roster of talent and their current meetings and prospective job opportunities. Assist Model Managers with daily model and influencer bookings and related coordination. Coordinate contractual obligations for talent and clients, oversee all aspects of talent/ model managers schedule, including but not limited to travel, flight itinerary, drivers, hotel/accommodation and communicating all details in a timely and efficient manner. Answer and direct all incoming calls / emails to appropriate team members. Input and update all relevant info into W360's booking software. Build and maintain talent presentations, portfolios, media kits, and other digital assets. Help maintain accurate talent availability, measurements, profiles, and other relevant information. Organize and update internal databases, talent records, and department information. Support talent to build trust and troubleshoot logistical conflicts prior, during and after job completion. Update talent daily on their schedules and any changes to guarantee they have their schedules in advance. Assist with scheduling, presentations, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Complete ad hoc department projects. Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Public Relations, Business, or a related field a plus. Knowledgeable and passionate about fashion, modeling, social media, and influencer marketing. Strong multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to monitor checkpoints throughout execution and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, written, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow through. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of assigned tasks. Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Dependable and proactive, with the ability to prioritize workload and use time efficiently. Takes ownership of responsibilities with a curiosity to learn and a willingness to take initiative. Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with clients, talent, and internal teams. Computer and social media savvy. Able to handle pressure and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
