This role will focus within the recruitment functions of Human Resources - and can be either Part-Time or Full-Time. Responsibilities Support the interview process by coordinating and scheduling interviews for Corporate Office and store locations via phone and email Conduct initial candidate pre-screens for select roles, documenting key qualifications and insights Perform a variety of administrative duties within Recruitment functions including job postings, managing hiring events, new hire onboarding, etc. Utilize the Rapid Hire/UKG HRIS/Talent system for hiring and onboarding, follow-ups for employees, new hires, and candidates Provide general support to the Recruitment team and assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned Requirements Currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in a 4-year university, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous office or administrative experience preferred Highly motivated with strong integrity and professional ethics Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Eager to learn and gain experience within a fast-paced Human Resources environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of databases Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems, preferably UKG What You'll Gain Hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement Exposure to HR systems and processes within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment The opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain mentorship and guidance Development of essential professional skills such as communication, organization, and time management Insight into the day-to-day operations of a dynamic HR department within a growing organization A strong foundation to help launch your career in Human Resources or related fields
