In this role, you'll help manage day-to-day HR functions, from onboarding new hires to maintaining compliance, while serving as a trusted resource for staff across our organization. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries Help ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork Support performance management processes and employee relations matters Assist with payroll-related documentation and coordination with the payroll team Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally Collaborate with department leads on staffing needs and HR initiatives Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese Strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, professional, and approachable Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in HR, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred, but not required Comfortable with HRIS systems, Google Sheets, and general office software Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters Why Join Us Join a mission-driven organization where your work directly supports the people who care for our clients and families.
