Job description: Case Coordinator (ABA Therapy) LTE Care Plus | Melville, NY Help us bring quality care to children who need it most. At LTE Care Plus, our Case Coordinators are the engine behind great therapy. You are the person who ensures the right therapist is matched with the right child, that no authorized hours go to waste, and that families never have to wonder whether their child's session is covered. If you love solving puzzles, keeping things organized, speak Spanish, and knowing your work directly improves a child's life, this role is for you. What you'll do Match ABA therapists to new and existing clients based on availability, location, language, and clinical needs Build and maintain weekly schedules for therapists and clients Partner with BCBAs and families to make sure every client's service hours are fulfilled Keep a pulse on therapist availability and caseload capacity Move quickly to adjust schedules when cancellations, time-off requests, or other changes come up Track authorization hours and make sure they are used before they expire Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and families to resolve scheduling issues Keep data accurate in our scheduling and case management systems Support the intake team with client onboarding as needed What you bring High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of administrative, scheduling, or coordination experience Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort thriving in a fast-paced environment where plans change often Sharp attention to detail Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up scheduling systems and work confidently in spreadsheets Spanish speaking Why you'll love working here Your work has real impact.
