Duties Assist with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly Support employee evaluation and performance management initiatives by gathering data and preparing reports using tools like Excel data analysis. Manage benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits Handle personnel administration duties such as data entry, maintaining confidential records, and processing payroll. Contribute to workforce management efforts by assisting with staffing plans, succession planning, and affirmative action strategies Support compliance with employment & labor law requirements, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal standards through diligent recordkeeping and reporting Skills Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and HR department best practices Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR sourcing strategies Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and conflict management Proficiency in HR systems, payroll processing software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and data collection tools Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Familiarity with employment law in talent management, regulatory compliance management, and OSHA standards Skilled in project management, organizational design, training & development initiatives, and performance management processes Adept at data entry, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in human resources while making a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
