Administer employee evaluation and performance management systems to support ongoing development and recognition efforts. Develop and implement workforce management strategies aligned with organizational goals, including succession planning and organizational design initiatives. Handle benefits administration, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims while ensuring compliance with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and other employment laws. Maintain regulatory compliance by managing HR legal requirements related to employment & labor law, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), affirmative action planning, and other relevant statutes. Facilitate training & development programs to enhance employee skills, promote talent management, and support change management initiatives across departments. Skills Extensive experience in human resources management, including personnel administration, employee relations, and conflict management. Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever, iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing or similar platforms for data collection and reporting. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management practices and HR legal compliance standards. Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and leadership levels.
