Job Description:
The Human Resources Department is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Technical Specialist to join our team. This part-time position provides administrative support for a variety of Human Resources functions including onboarding, personnel records management, compliance reporting, recruitment support, correspondence preparation, and HR data entry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, managing detailed information, and contributing to a dynamic Human Resources office.
Responsibilities Include:
Assists with employee onboarding and new hire processing HR data entry Employment and retirement correspondence Interview scheduling and recruitment support Compliance and regulatory reporting Personnel file maintenance, archiving, and records management Review and edit handbooks, policies, and HR documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency General HR and administrative support
Requirements:
Required:
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred:
Experience working in human resources, payroll, benefits administration, or office administration
