HR Assistant:
Coordinate and distribute electronic onboarding paperwork to new hires and field employees. Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. Maintain employee files and HR records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. Provide administrative support for HR processes, projects, and employee-related communications. Qualifications for the
HR Assistant:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Entry-level HR experience, internship experience, or coursework in Human Resources is strongly preferred. Understanding of confidentiality, professionalism, and basic HR policies and procedures. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other technology-based systems. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow through on tasks. EB-1644193588
