Youngstown, OH Robert Half is seeking a Talent Manager, Administrative & Customer Support to join our team in Youngstown. In this role, you will recruit, source, and place skilled administrative and customer support professionals in contract and project opportunities with local clients.Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen administrative and customer support professionals for contract and project-based roles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for positions such as administrative assistant, customer service representative, receptionist, data entry specialist, and office coordinator
- Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate experience, skills, availability, and overall fit for current openings
- Partner with clients and internal team members to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent quickly
- Manage the hiring process from outreach through placement and follow-up
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in internal systems
- Build strong relationships with candidates to support engagement, redeployment, and long-term success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systems
