Otero Living is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and HR administration within our growing luxury home building and interior design company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a positive and organized employee experience from recruitment through career development. Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Lead recruiting efforts for open positions across the organization. Create and manage job postings on multiple hiring platforms. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates. Conduct candidate reference checks and assist with hiring decisions. Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding and orientation. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Assist with benefits administration and employee communications. Support quarterly reviews, employee development initiatives, and training programs. Coordinate employee recognition and culture building engagement activities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Assist leadership with workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives. Attend job fairs and networking events to develop talent pipelines for both our intern programs and fulltime hires Employee IT support management Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related experience. Strong interviewing, recruiting, and candidate assessment skills. Experience onboarding and supporting employee development programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related software systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in construction, homebuilding, real estate, or professional services is a plus.
