ABOUT THE ROLE
The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and supporting key HR programs including onboarding, HRIS administration, employee engagement, and compliance. The HR Generalist serves as a key partner to hiring managers and leadership, helping to attract, develop, and retain talent while promoting a positive and compliant work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles, from intake through offer Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process Facilitate recruiting kick-off meetings and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and evaluate performance and ROI Administer pre-employment assessments and prepare candidate summaries Track recruiting metrics, expenses, and effectiveness of sourcing strategies Lead and manage the Employee Referral Program, including communication, tracking, and payouts Partner with Marketing to promote open roles across social media and employer branding channels Support onboarding and deliver a positive new hire experience, including orientation coordination Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and programs Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support business decisions Assist with internship program recruiting and coordination Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes, tools, and candidate experience Support compliance with employment laws and company policies
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 3+ years of recruiting experience (professional roles preferred) Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
