Job Summary and Responsibilities We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic organization. This role is a pivotal part of our human resources team. The HR specialist will manage a range of HR functions, including; recruitment of candidates, candidate/applicant screening and interviewing, onboarding/processing and orientation of new hires, maintain employment records, employee relations, policy administration, etc.... This role is ideal for a recent grad, or 1-3 years experience that wants to grow and learn with a world class organization. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Human Resources highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with diverse teams.
