Job Description
An international Manufacturing company is seeking an HR Generalist Employee Experience Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalists looking for a company that offers excellent training, development, competitive rates, and an excellent work-home life balance. This is an ideal position for an HR Generalist who has experience with Full Cycle Recruitment, On-Boarding, Training and Employee Culture, that's looking for growth and Career Opportunity. Salaries for well qualified candidate is anticipated to be in the range of $50K - $70K. However, all well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Local candidates are preferred but relocation assistance may available for very well qualified candidates. Well qualified candidates will have most if not all of the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 4+ years of experience in Human Resources. Recent experience with Full-Cycle Recruiting and new hire onboarding processes, developing training and supporting team member engagement activities. Self-directed with a high degree of self-motivation and comfortable with change and the ability to pivot quickly. Proficient computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Must be able to work in the United States (No H-1 sponsorship or student visas) Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
