Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support a variety of HR functions, primarily including the Payroll Process. Additionally, you will also assist with Hiring, Onboarding, and Employee Events to ensure efficient HR operations. Responsibilities Primary focus on Recruitment amongst various levels of staff Coordinating Job Postings, Boards & Advertisements Perform detailed interviews with Candidates Train Employees on Payroll HRIS System Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing for Employees Data Entry & Reporting for Year End Agencies Assist in Events Coordination with Vice President of HR Maintain Employee Records in Electronic & Physical Copy Qualifications Proven Experience as HR Generalist Ability to Pre-Screen, Interview and Hire Candidates thoroughly Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams Meetings Experience Professional Communication & People Skills Knowledge of Employment & Labor Laws Problem Solving & Resolution Skills Team Driven If you desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach, and for a Family Owned & Operated Real Estate Company then consider joining our team!
