A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not always required) Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software (such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, etc.) Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Active CPA or progress toward licensure is always a strong plus for higher-level roles Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
