Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting support, HRIS data management, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance administrative excellence with a people-first approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister day-to-day HR operations and employee supportCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesSupport benefits administration and answer employee questionsMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS dataAssist with recruiting, interview coordination, and candidate communicationHelp manage performance review processes and employee development programsEnsure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain compliant with applicable lawsPartner with managers on employee relations matters and workplace issuesPrepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as neededSupport special HR projects and process improvements
