A Human Resources Generalist provides overall operational support in a human resources department, including supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits and leave management of a company or organization.
We are seeking an experienced HR contractor to provide immediate support across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, data management, and project execution during a period of significant organizational growth. Responsibilities:
Support recruitment administration activities, including requisitions, offers, candidate coordination, resume screening, interview scheduling, and HR interviews. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs, support recruiting strategies, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee communications, system coordination, and employee experience touchpoints across the employee lifecycle. Assist with HR operations, data validation, reporting, employee inquiries, process improvement, and ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Required:
Experience supporting Human Resources activities in a contractor or operational support capacity. Hands-on involvement with talent acquisition, including requisitions, offers, candidate coordination, resume screening, interview scheduling, or HR interviews. Ability to support onboarding and offboarding activities, employee record maintenance, and HR data validation. Capability to assist with HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, workforce metrics, and process improvement efforts as system access permits. Ability to serve as an initial point of contact for employee HR questions and route inquiries appropriately. On-site availability in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
