Job Description

Our client is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support their Human Resources team during a temporary leave of absence. This part-time opportunity will focus on the administration and maintenance of the organization's Paycom HRIS platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Paycom experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Paycom HRIS platform.
  • Maintain employee records, system configurations, workflows, and user access within Paycom.
  • Audit HR data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support HR and leadership requests.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Paycom support as needed.
  • Assist with workflow improvements, system enhancements, and process optimization.
  • Support employee and manager inquiries regarding Paycom functionality and access.
  • Maintain HRIS documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
  • Support ongoing HR operations through effective system management and reporting.
