Job Description

Overview The Consultant Onboarding Specialist is responsible for completing the background process required by each of The Judge Group's Clients. This role has periods of very tight deadlines and may involve a large volume in workload of assigned cases. This role reports to the Consultant Onboarding Supervisor.
Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:
50% Candidate Portal
  • Uploads new documentation of candidates
  • Storage of identifications and I-9s
  • Verifies completed documents
  • Uploads complete documents
  • Establishes and maintains highly confidential files and records 30% Email Communications
  • Communicates timely updates of document status
  • Composes internal and external professional correspondence
  • Assists in questions regarding issues with the Atlas portal
  • Escalates contract revisions when requested 10% Client Systems
  • Submits the documents to the client in a timely manner to make sure start date is on time
  • Maintains up-to-date and accurate facility database including contact information, new requirements, and correspondence 10% Development and Additional Responsibilities
  • Stays current with industry trends and best practices through regular research and professional development
  • Develops and maintains relevant skills
  • Performs any other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications Experience Requirements:
  • High School education is required
  • Basic skill level in Word, Excel, and data base management
  • Ability to utilize technology effectively (Client Vender Management systems, background company portal systems, etc.
)
