Job Description

Golden Child ABA is a small, growing in-home ABA practice serving the Baltimore Metro area. We're looking for a BCBA who wants strong pay, flexibility, and the freedom to focus on clinical work without getting buried in administrative tasks. Why BCBAs Choose Golden Child ABA One flat rate: $115/hour. You'll receive the same rate for supervision, assessments, parent training, treatment planning, report writing, and other clinical work. There is no reduced rate for indirect hours and no confusing pay range. You choose your caseload. We'll show you the available cases, and you decide what works for your schedule and location. You will never be pressured to take on more clients than you're comfortable managing. Up to 75% remote. Many supervision and parent-training hours can be completed through telehealth. Some in-person visits are required, but you won't spend your entire week driving from case to case. No billing or insurance work. Our administrative team handles authorizations, insurance portals, scheduling support, and claims. Your focus stays where it belongs: supporting clients, families, and RBTs. Direct access to the owner. There are no recruiters or endless rounds of interviews. You'll speak directly with the owner, and we aim to provide a decision within 48 hours.
