Credentialing Coordinator TEKsystems $23.00 / hr life insurance, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Tennessee, Nashville May 14, 2026
- About the Role
- We're looking for a detail-oriented Provider Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to join our team!
- What You'll Do
- Verify provider credentials, including licenses, certifications, education, training, and work history
- Confirm board certifications and review malpractice history
- Review pending credentialing files to determine readiness for credentialing board submission
- Support provider onboarding and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate records in credentialing systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards
- Help facilitate EDI, EFT, and ERA setup for provider reimbursement workflows
- What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment
- Experience with credentialing systems such as
- CAQH, PECOS, or Availity
- Working knowledge of EDI, EFT, and ERA processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook
- )•Job Type & Location• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
