• We're looking for a detail-oriented Provider Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting provider onboarding, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and helping ensure timely reimbursement through efficient credentialing and enrollment processes. • What You'll Do
• Verify provider credentials, including licenses, certifications, education, training, and work history
• Confirm board certifications and review malpractice history
• Review pending credentialing files to determine readiness for credentialing board submission
• Support provider onboarding and enrollment processes
• Maintain accurate records in credentialing systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards
• Help facilitate EDI, EFT, and ERA setup for provider reimbursement workflows
• What You Bring

• Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment
• Experience with credentialing systems such as
• CAQH, PECOS, or Availity
• Working knowledge of EDI, EFT, and ERA processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
