About Our Client:
Addison Group is working with a well-established, mission-focused organization that supports individuals through a variety of community-based programs. Our client is seeking a knowledgeable HR systems professional to support and enhance their Human Capital Management platform.
Job Description:
The Dayforce HCM Analyst will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and improving the organization's HR system. This individual will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the platform effectively supports business operations, reporting needs, and compliance standards. The position requires a balance of technical expertise and functional HR knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the Dayforce HCM system across core HR, payroll, and talent modules Configure system settings including workflows, permissions, and custom fields Coordinate system updates, patches, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors Act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to align system capabilities with operational needs Troubleshoot system issues and provide advanced support for HRIS-related questions Develop reports and dashboards to support workforce analytics and leadership decision-making Perform data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance Assist with integrations and data exchanges between systems Translate business requirements into system configurations and document processes Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Participate in system testing, upgrades, and change management activities Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and data governance standards Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting HRIS, HCM, or similar platforms Hands-on experience with system configuration and administration (Dayforce preferred) Strong understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits Experience with reporting, data analysis, and data validation Familiarity with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations Knowledge of compliance and data privacy standards Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Additional Details:
