Partner Solutions located in Brighton is hiring a full time entry level HR Coordinator. At Partner Solutions, we partner with over 40 charter schools state-wide to ensure school leaders, teachers, and staff have the operational support they need to succeed. We are looking for an energetic, people-first Human Resource Coordinator to join our team in Brighton. What You'll Do As the welcoming face of HR, you will be the go-to resource for charter school staff—blending a service-first mindset with sharp problem-solving to deliver fast, reliable support:
Welcome New Hires:
Manage seamless, end-to-end onboarding for incoming school employees across multiple sites.
Primary Support Contact:
Help employees navigate benefits, payroll questions, handbook policies, and general HR needs with patience and empathy.
Keep Data Accurate & Compliant:
Maintain precise employee records within our database to support internal and state compliance audits.
Onsite Engagement:
Join the team for occasional onsite school visits across Michigan to build relationships, conduct training, and offer hands-on guidance.
Drive Efficiency:
Assist with department projects, reporting deadlines, and process improvements What You Bring to the
Table Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Service Mindset:
Background in customer service or employee support, with a track record of handling inquiries calmly and professionally.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable learning HRIS databases, software, and spreadsheet tools.
Organization:
Exceptional focus on details, deadline tracking, and juggling multiple tasks
Communication:
