Fort Atkinson, WI Salary:

Support a team of 105+ employees while owning a broad HR function with visibility across the organization. Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with 3–4 days onsite and the ability to work remotely 1–2 days per week. Key Responsibilities Process full-cycle biweekly payroll for 105+ employees through Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and general HR needs. Partner with benefits carriers, manage benefits enrollments, and assist with employee leave administration including FMLA. Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, exit interviews, and employee engagement initiatives. Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, offer creation, and partnering with hiring managers. Qualifications 1+ years of HR experience required; internship experience will be considered for entry-level candidates. Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS systems preferred. Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred #
