Full-Time | Hybrid - 2 Days Work From Home HR Generalist Opportunity We're working with a well-established company in Norwalk that is looking to add an experienced HR Generalist to its team. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on payroll. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded HR experience along with a strong payroll background. Experience working with Paycom is highly preferred. Why This HR Generalist Opportunity? Salary up to $105,000 Hybrid schedule with 2 days working from home Take ownership of key payroll responsibilities Broad exposure across HR operations, benefits, employee relations, and compliance Work closely with employees and company leadership Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Manage and process payroll accurately and on schedule Handle payroll changes, deductions, benefits, taxes, garnishments, and employee updates Maintain employee records and HRIS/payroll data Support onboarding, offboarding, and new-hire documentation Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions Support benefits administration and open enrollment Assist with employee relations and HR compliance matters Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Prepare payroll and HR reports as needed Partner with management on day-to-day HR initiatives and employee needs Qualifications of the HR Generalist 3+ years of Human Resources experience Strong hands-on payroll experience required Paycom experience highly preferred Knowledge of payroll practices and employment regulations HRIS experience and strong systems aptitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential employee information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills EB-1021539957Benefits
