This role serves as a key resource for employees and management while helping to foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Employee Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related issues. Assist managers with employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Conduct investigations related to workplace complaints and recommend appropriate actions. Promote employee engagement initiatives and positive workplace culture. Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning efforts. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed and documented. Benefits and Compensation Administration Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and leave programs. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and respond to benefits-related inquiries. Coordinate open enrollment activities and communicate benefits updates. Support compensation administration and salary review processes. Performance Management and Training Assist with performance review programs and employee development initiatives. Coordinate training programs and track employee participation and compliance requirements. Support leadership and professional development efforts across the organization. HR Compliance and Administration Maintain employee personnel records and HR information systems (HRIS). Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation. Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication. Support audits and compliance reviews as needed. Leave and Accommodation Management Administer leave programs, including
FMLA, ADA
accommodations, workers' compensation, and other applicable leave policies.
