- Workday Advanced Compensation Hybrid | Allentown, PA Are you a Workday Advanced Compensation expert who loves solving complex problems, partnering with Total Rewards and shaping how technology enables compensation programs? We're looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist
- Advanced Compensation to join our Global HRIS team and support the technology and processes that power our compensation programs worldwide.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three or more years of hands-on Workday experience, including Advanced Compensation configuration and support. Hands-on experience supporting global compensation processes in Workday, including compensation reviews, merit and bonus planning, salary structures, job architecture, and country-specific compensation requirements. Experience supporting annual compensation planning, merit increases, bonus programs, equity administration, and salary review processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with complex datasets, audits, reporting, and compensation analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Experience with additional Workday modules such as HCM, Talent & Performance, Reporting, or Recruiting. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes; exposure to Workday AI capabilities is a plus. Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.What we offer:
