Help Support a Strong Employee Experience and the Future of Aviation Talent At our company, people are at the center of everything we do. We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, creative, and people-focused HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role supports a wide range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, onboarding and orientation support, compliance programs, employee relations support, internal communications, employee experience initiatives, and workforce partnerships that strengthen aviation career pathways and long-term talent pipelines. What You'll Do
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, workplace culture, and employee experience initiatives
  • Create content for internal communications, newsletters, and employee platforms
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, help ensure completion of new hire requirements, serve as backup facilitator for non-pilot orientation, and assist regularly with pilot orientation activities
  • Support federal, state, DOT, FAA, TSA, and company compliance programs, including drug and alcohol testing administration and regulatory documentation
  • Assist with HR operations, employee relations support, HR documentation, audits, reporting, and process improvement efforts
  • Administer employee records and update HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Build relationships with aviation maintenance schools, colleges, universities, technical schools, military transition programs, workforce development agencies, and community partners
  • Represent the Company at community outreach programs, and other workforce partnership activities
  • Support workforce development initiatives, internships, and aviation talent pipeline programs
  • Support workplace safety and compliance efforts, including workers' compensation injury reporting, safety training tracking, documentation, and follow-up
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: ✔ Organized and detail-oriented ✔ Creative and enjoys communication, engagement, and storytelling ✔ Comfortable building relationships with employees, candidates, students, and external partners ✔ Skilled in written communication, verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking ✔ Passionate about supporting a strong employee experience and positive workplace culture ✔ Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ✔ Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining accuracy in HR systems ✔ Excited about helping others discover aviation careers Preferred Qualifications • 2-5 years of proven experience in HR operations or a specialized HR discipline required • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred • Experience with internal communications, newsletters, or engagement programs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred • Experience working with schools, military organizations, workforce development agencies, or community partnerships is a plus • Aviation or regulated industry experience is a plus Why Join Us?

(AAC) is a Pilatus authorized fleet service and support center for the PlaneSense® fractional fleet. As an FAA certified Part 145 repair station, we specialize in Pilatus PC-12 turboprop aircraft and Pilatus PC-24 twin engine jet aircraft support, including turbine aircraft repairs, annual inspections, phase inspections, hourly inspections, modifications, and Service Bulletin compliance, as well as Avionics repairs and sales. Atlas Aircraft Center is part of the PlaneSense, Inc. headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. Our state-of-the-art, 40,000 square foot hangar is equipped with slab heating, high-tech lighting, and Megadoors. These special fabric doors provide superior insulation capabilities to protect staff from inclement weather while also shielding customers' aircraft from the elements. The very high ceilings and door openings accommodate all types of aircraft. An additional 44,000 square feet is dedicated to shop space and corporate offices. Our Nevada maintenance facility is located in Boulder City, NV and features 36,000 square feet of air-conditioned hangar space. This Atlas Aircraft Center facility provides valuable support for the PlaneSense® fleet, mainly serving fractional share clients in the Western part of the U.S. PlaneSense, Inc. is proud to employ veterans from all branches of the military. $66,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
