Salary:

$65,000-$70,000 About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a collaborative Human Resources team within a healthcare-focused organization. This position will provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers while partnering with leadership on employee relations, onboarding, leave administration, compliance, and performance management. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a broad generalist role and wants to be part of an established HR team. Key Responsibilities Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers across the organization Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary issues, and performance concerns Support leave administration, including FMLA Coordinate onboarding and other employment-related processes Partner with managers on staffing needs and employee performance Maintain accurate employee records and HR information Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Participate in employee meetings, investigations, and other HR initiatives Stay current on HR best practices, policies, and regulatory changes Qualifications 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience Strong employee relations experience, including investigations Experience with FMLA and leave administration Experience managing onboarding processes Experience working with

HRIS/ATS
