$60,000 – $75,000

HR Generalist:
Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for approximately 105 employees using Paylocity Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questions Coordinate benefits administration and act as a liaison with benefit carriers Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities Administer FMLA, employee enrollments, and exit interviews Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, offer creation, and coordination with hiring managers and recruiting partners Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and milestone recognition programs Maintain employee records and HR data within Paylocity Qualifications for the
HR Generalist:
1+ years of HR experience required; 2+ years preferred Experience with payroll processing and HR administration Working knowledge of benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree considered #
