Duties Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization across all departments Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office tools and calendar management software Handle vendor management tasks including onboarding, negotiations, and maintaining professional relationships Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining confidential personnel files, and assisting with payroll processing using accounting and financial software like QuickBooks Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to promote employee engagement and development Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, manage invoices, expense reports, and ensure proper filing of financial documents Provide exceptional customer service by addressing internal and external inquiries via multi-line phone systems and email communication Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Supervising experience or team management background preferred Familiarity with human resources processes including onboarding, payroll, and confidentiality handling Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with spreadsheets and document management tools Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial software; knowledge of bookkeeping and budgeting is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction experience Technical proficiency in office equipment (multi-line phones, printers) and familiarity with office management systems Prior experience in event planning or coordinating large meetings or company functions is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
