As our portfolio and community expand, we are looking to bring on a multi-talented individual to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is a flexible role starting at approximately 10 hours per week . The schedule requires working in our Fitchburg, WI office about 2 times per week . For the remaining weekly hours, the candidate can choose to work from home or complete all 10 hours at the office depending on their preference. Depending on the candidate's performance and personal preferences, this position has the genuine potential to expand into a larger role or remain a steady, part-time commitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge of both accounting and human resources. Responsibilities will vary based on current needs, but primary tasks will include:

Accounting Support:

Creating and reporting on property budgets, as well as auditing and cleaning up Journal Entry issues.

HR Administration:

Handling new hire documentation, overseeing payroll deductions, and ensuring onboarding compliance. Compensation is competitive and will depend entirely on the candidate's experience and training.
