Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries Process bi-weekly payroll for two companies accurately and timely Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns As needed, update internal employee documents, policies, manuals

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Human Resources, including recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration Payroll processing experience required (preferably with iSolved) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
