Job Description
Job Summary We are building relationships with experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist professionals for current and upcoming direct hire opportunities throughout the Kansas City metro area, including Overland Park, Kansas City, Lenexa, Olathe, Shawnee, Kansas City, Kansas, and surrounding communities. These opportunities are ideal for HR professionals who can serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers while supporting a broad range of human resources functions. The right candidate will bring strong judgment, clear communication, thoughtful documentation, and the confidence to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and consistency. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, performance expectations, corrective action, and workplace concerns.
- Manage employee relations matters, support internal investigations, and help ensure fair and consistent resolution of sensitive issues.
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, leave coordination, HRIS updates, and employee record maintenance.
- Support performance reviews, compensation changes, employee development, engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements while recommending practical improvements to HR procedures.
