As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Fisher Investments, you will be a critical element in identifying and attracting top talent for Fisher Investments. •
The Opportunity:
• Our Talent Sourcing Specialist contribute to kick starting a candidate's experience through our hiring process. You will build searches and create engaging messages to attract qualified candidates for our corporate offices in the US and internationally. You will think creatively while helping our team improve our ability to quickly identify and engage qualified candidates. You will create and adapt strategies to effectively support our hiring needs. You will report directly to your Talent Sourcing Group Manager who will aid your training and professional development. •
The Day-to-Day:
• Deliver on sourcing assignments spanning various disciplines and professional levels Build effective Boolean search strings to identify and attract qualified prospective applicants Use various sourcing tools and diversify sourcing strategies to attract target audiences Conduct exploratory calls with prospective applicants helping evaluate and determine role alignment Craft creative and engaging messages and measure response rates to adjust strategies Partner with recruiters and hiring managers for continued alignment on sourcing assignments and candidate qualification requirements Attend shadow sessions, intake meetings and trainings to learn and understand the roles you will work on Take on new special assignments, added responsibilities, and projects as assigned
Your Qualifications:
1+ years sourcing or talent acquisition experience in an agency or corporate setting Professional experience evaluating candidates (behavioral, skill or competency-based) Familiarity sourcing on LinkedIn or other candidate sourcing databases and tools (Handshake, Indeed, Other) Experience creating engaging messaging strategies
Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
