PM Position Overview:
Pediatric Therapy Associates is seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance & Workforce Specialist to support onboarding, workforce compliance, credentialing coordination, payroll review, and HR documentation. This role ensures employees are properly onboarded, trained, paid accurately, and remain compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate new hire onboarding for clinical and non-clinical employees, including required documentation and HR system setup. Maintain employee records, licensure, certifications, and compliance documentation. Initiate and track provider credentialing with insurance providers and regulatory agencies. Monitor CAQH profiles and licensure renewals to ensure compliance. Track and coordinate employee training and compliance requirements. Review payroll for accuracy, ensuring employee hours, pay rates, and changes are properly documented prior to processing. Assist with HR reporting, workforce records, and policy updates. Support HR leadership with employee documentation, investigations, and compliance audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred. 2-4 years of HR or healthcare administration experience. Experience with HRIS systems (Paychex preferred). Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
