Downtown Greenville Pay:

$30-$34/hr Professional services firm in downtown Greenville seeking experienced HR Generalist . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a solution-driven HR professional who is comfortable managing competing priorities and supporting employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement initiatives.

What you get to do:

• Lead the administrative side of the annual performance management process using UKG
• Support employee relations, coaching, counseling, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Lead payroll processing, reporting, 401(k), and benefits feeds
• Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, leave programs, COBRA, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims
• Lead HRIS responsibilities and reporting for UKG and other HR technology platforms What you need to succeed:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ year of experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent HR role
• 3+ years of experience with employee relations and/or performance management
• UKG experience required
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred
