$21.00
•$22.00 per hour

Monday
•Friday, 8:00 AM
•5:00 PM Position Overview A growing and well-established home care organization is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join its team. This role is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified caregivers who provide in-home support to seniors throughout the local community. The ideal candidate will have previous experience recruiting Home Health Aides (HHAs), Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, or other healthcare professionals and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, interview, and hire qualified caregivers and home health professionals Manage candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews Coordinate pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and new hire paperwork Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting records Build relationships with local healthcare programs and community organizations Partner with operations staff to meet ongoing staffing needs Support employee engagement and retention efforts Ensure compliance with company hiring standards and employment practices Qualifications Previous recruiting experience required Experience recruiting Home Health Aides, Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, or similar healthcare professionals preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting software Professional, dependable, and team-oriented On-Call Requirement This position participates in an on-call rotation approximately once every 7 weeks . The on-call responsibility is generally light and averages 10-15 calls during the rotation period . Benefits $21.00
