In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to resource for employee relations, HR operations, and strategic HR initiatives. Your energetic approach and comprehensive knowledge of human capital management will empower our teams and support organizational growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in human resources management. Duties Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires and promote engagement from day one. Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks using platforms such as Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity to ensure accurate data entry and employee support. Conduct employee evaluations, performance management reviews, and support succession planning initiatives to foster professional development. Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements to mitigate risk and promote fair practices. Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, implementing change management strategies, and supporting organizational design efforts. Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, workforce management, and HR analytics to inform strategic planning. Support project management efforts related to HR sourcing, training & development programs, and HR process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or a related field with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, and OSHA compliance standards. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or Kronos for data entry and workforce management. Skilled in recruiting techniques using ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo; familiarity with social media management for talent sourcing is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues effectively and professionally. Experience in training & development initiatives, performance management systems, and organizational design projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through project management skills and administrative experience in fast-paced environments.
