  • Responsibilities:
  • Administer and coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting positions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Facilitate performance management processes and support employee evaluations
  • Process payroll changes, benefits enrollments, and other employee transactions
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
  • Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Support HR team with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in human resources or related administrative role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
