Job Duties:
Performs advanced and supervisory human resources management work. Work involves coordinating and administering the operation of a human resources management program; and supervising the work of others. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. You'd be a GOOD fit if: You have five years of full-time, wage-earning experience in human resources, customer service, administrative support, program administration, public administration, financial operations, auditing, or technical program support. You have experience working with diverse populations and communicating effectively across teams and departments. You understand the importance of structured processes, documentation, and policy compliance, especially within public-sector or mission-driven environments. You have demonstrated the ability to build rapport, provide guidance, and support individuals navigating complex systems or transitions.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You are a military veteran with firsthand understanding of military culture, transition challenges, and veteran employment pathways. You have at least three years of human resources experience, ideally involving recruitment, talent acquisition, or retention programs. You have experience serving as a liaison between veterans and organizational leadership, community partners, or support programs. You have a strong track record of developing outreach strategies, improving veteran engagement, and supporting initiatives that strengthen veteran recruitment and retention.
