Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to support employee engagement, and ensure seamless HR operations across the organization. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to attract top talent. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture. Handle benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries to support employee well-being. Conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities to promote continuous development and feedback. Promote positive employee relations through effective communication skills. Manage happy hours and company events Qualifications 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR department environment Experience in talent acquisition greatly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Administrative experience involving data collection, reporting, and recordkeeping using tools like Microsoft Office suite.
